Career
Ms Sisetska focuses on real estate, construction and land law. She is also an experienced professional in the area of infrastructure projects, concessions and public and private partnership matters. Anna Sisetska represents foreign investors, Ukrainian developers and other real estate market operators on the matters of acquisition of land plots, agricultural lands and assets, real estate and construction projects, as well as regulatory, investments, project development, pre-sales and financing issues. Her expertise includes conducting legal due diligence, structuring transactions, composing all types of legal documents, as well as full legal support of the cross-border and domestic transactions on land and real estate located in Ukraine. Anna has extensive experience in the matter of lease and demise of commercial property. She participates in meetings of Ukrainian Agribusiness Club, advisory committees of Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine, European Business Association, American Chamber of Commerce and other working groups that focus on elaborating approaches to cope with major challenges and improve laws and regulations in the practice area. Anna authored a number of articles on real estate, land, construction and investments matters in leading law journals and various scientific bulletins. She regularly participates and speaks at professional seminars and conferences. Anna is a legal advisor to 4 industrial committees of the European Business Association (EBA).
