Career
Marta is a Senior Associate in the Civil Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration department, having joined the firm in September 2014.
Her experience in the litigation area includes all kinds of civil and commercial legal proceedings, with a particular focus on litigation arising from banking contracts, the energy sector, construction, challenging corporate agreements and the exercise of shareholders’ rights under the company’s articles of association.
She has also advised numerous companies in the pre-insolvency phase and throughout the insolvency proceedings, assisting both insolvent companies and creditors and other stakeholders.
Associate lecturer in the Insolvency Law course of the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
Associate lecturer in the Insolvency Law course taught at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).
Assistant lecturer at the Master’s degree course on restructuring at the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, ICAM).
