Career
Miguel Ferre Puy is the partner responsible for the Real Estate practice in the Madrid office. Miguel has wide experience advising national and international clients in different real estate transactions related to the acquisition, development, operation and sale of logistics, industrial, residential, commercial and hotel assets, among others.
Miguel has also extensive experience on real estate finance transactions and on the acquisition of NPLs and REOs portfolios.
Due to his specialization in urban planning, Miguel has also been involved in numerous non-finalist land acquisition transactions, advising different investors in the zoning development process.
After some initial years preparing his access to the Spanish Notary Public body, Miguel began his professional career at Clifford Chance, later consolidating his professional experience in the real estate departments of other international law firms such as Ashurst and Hogan Lovells.
