Career
Stefan Weber is Professor of International Business Law and Finance at Saarland University, Germany (since 2003) and served as a member of the Austrian Takeover Panel (2010 to 2014). Before entering private practice, he worked as a clerk to Justice Karl Korinek and Justice Karl Spielbüchler at the Austrian Constitutional Court (1985-1988) and was a visiting professor at The American University and the Johns Hopkins University SAIS in Washington D.C. (1992-1993).
