Daniela is a Partner with Biriș Goran since spring 2018 and joined the firm back in 2007.
Few lawyers in Romania have as much experience in real estate-driven M&A transactions and matters as Daniela. Having practiced for over 25 years, Daniela was involved as lead attorney in dozens of M&A transactions with or without a real estate component and has the skills required for managing complex large size transactions whether local or cross border. Daniela is reputed negotiator with a solid and proven understanding and knowledge of developers and investors key focus and concerns. Her clients include multinational developers and investors, with an emphasis on Israeli investors and Romanian high-net-worth individuals.
She previously worked as a general counsel for a leading media company where she focused on corporate governance issues, media regulatory matters, and commercial contracts. Previously, between 2000 and 2007, Daniela worked for the Romanian office of Israeli firm Firon Bar Nir.
