Sidonie Fraîche-Dupeyrat advises and litigates on investment, development and value enhancement of residential and industrial assets. In particular, she is involved in setting up and running serviced residences, Build to Rent projects, co-living, dismantling, home ownership, block or lot sales, and the rehabilitation and development of brownfield sites.

Sidonie has also developed unique expertise in the liability of property professionals and property diagnostics.

A graduate of ESSEC business school, she has in-depth knowledge of the property sector and favours an innovative, operational approach to projects. Sidonie works alongside investors, developers, insurance companies, manufacturers and operators.
A lecturer at ESSEC and the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, she is the co-author of a book on residential leases.
