Partner – Joëlle Hannelais has a renowned experience in employment law. Her practice involves assistance and ad-vice regarding employment related consequences following restructuring and transfer transac-tions, and matters relating to employee and union representation. She also acquired a wide experience in litigation, and in particular before employment law tribu-nals.
