Mikko has a long experience in representing domestic and foreign clients in court and arbitration proceedings as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings relating to commercial disputes. Mikko also regularly provides clients with strategic advisory particularly in different crisis situations. Mikko further regularly serves as an arbitrator in commercial arbitration proceedings and acts as a special representative and counsel in squeeze out proceedings.
