Terje Gulbrandsen

Terje Gulbrandsen heads our M&A department and is an M&A specialist, with an emphasis on company and contract law. He has broad experience advising on domestic and international transactions (public, private and PE). In addition to his law degree, he holds a Master of Business and Economics. Terje further has extensive experience advising on capital market transactions, including IPOs and other offerings. He is also part of SANDS’ forensic services team, and assists clients with corporate law and transaction related investigations. Terje is acknowledged for his work in legal guides such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, International Financial Law Review and Bestlawyers.

Olav Egil Midtgaard

Olav E. Midtgaard has wide experience as corporate / M&A lawyer, from over the last 20 years assisting clients within share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, restructuring (mergers and de-mergers) and other equity transactions, as well as advising several board of directors and Norwegian and foreign shareholders in corporate matters. Olav is a specialist with particular industry focus on fishery and aquaculture. He has assisted clients in several large transactions within the seafood sector. Further, he has license for real estate transactions and is on a regular basis assisting clients with real estate transactions and settlement.
