Tor André Farsund Ulsted is a partner in our construction law department (building and construction). He is also the office head of our Bergen office.

Tor André is a specialist in contract law and has for many years assisted stakeholders in the construction industry with claim management, risk analysis, strategic decisions, dispute resolution, negotiations, and litigation. He has worked on numerous large-scale projects, both as a strategic advisor during the execution phase and as legal counsel in disputes before the courts or in arbitration. His experience also includes international arbitration.

Tor André is also a highly experienced course instructor and speaker on construction law topics. He has been a regular lecturer for Standard Online/Standard Norway for the past 15 years.

For the last five years, Tor André has served as the chairman of the Construction Law Association in Bergen, a key platform for exchanging knowledge and experience on construction law matters.

He has also been a member of the editorial committee for NS 3420 (SN/K 401).
