Ulf H. Sørdal is a corporate/tax partner located in our Bergen Office and he is mainly focusing on tax related matters and corporate transactions. Ulf is experienced in a wide range of tax related matters and has extensive experience with both individual and corporate taxation. In addition to this base of expertise he has substantial experience with cross border work and is recognized as a nationwide resource person regarding transfer pricing issues cross borders in multinational groups. This position is frequently mentioned in e.g. Legal 500 in which he has been referred to as “a practical solution orientated lawyer”.

Ulf has also particular strong competence related to the business of fishery and fish farming – and shipping/oil & gas. Business expertise collated to these businesses are closely linked to the customers of Ulf and the firm. After 20 years of work for such customers this experience is massive – and focused. This network has also led to a range of trusted appointments in the board of directors.
