Olav E. Midtgaard has wide experience as corporate / M&A lawyer, from over the last 20 years assisting clients within share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, restructuring (mergers and de-mergers) and other equity transactions, as well as advising several board of directors and Norwegian and foreign shareholders in corporate matters.

Olav is a specialist with particular industry focus on fishery and aquaculture. He has assisted clients in several large transactions within the seafood sector.

Further, he has license for real estate transactions and is on a regular basis assisting clients with real estate transactions and settlement.
