Position
Emily Greiner is an Associate at Fieldfisher’s Munich office and advises in Dispute Resolution.
She advises and represents our national and international clients in various areas of out-of-court and in-court dispute resolution, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
A particular focus is on contractual and corporate disputes. In her advisory work, it is especially important to her to handle our clients’ matters in a way that is both legally sound and aligned with their interests.
She is a certified business mediator (trained in Munich).
Career
Before joining Fieldfisher as an Associate, she worked in the Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property departments of several international commercial law firms. She also gained experience at a U.S. law firm in Atlanta, where she focused on cross-border matters, particularly German-American contractual relationships and corporate formations.

She advises our clients in German and English.

She is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV e.V.).
Education
Emily Greiner studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and subsequently completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich.
