After a spell as a university assistant at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna and his admission to the Austrian bar in 1999, he worked in two renowned Vienna-based law firms. Since 2000, Michael Hecht has been a partner at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp).
Dr. Michael Hecht regularly speaks on aspects of construction, environmental, infrastructure and procurement law; furthermore, he is a lecturer at the University of Vienna and specialist speaker at the Vienna University of Technology, the author of numerous specialist publications with a focus on planning law, and of studies commissioned by ministries as well as other public-sector entities.
