Poul Erik Lytken works as a partner in Accura’s Direct & Indirect Tax Team and advises Danish and international businesses on tax and VAT matters, including in particular taxation of group and owner structures. Poul Erik has vast experience e.g. in providing advice to international investors in connection with reorganisations, acquisitions and divestments in Denmark.
Poul Erik joined Accura in 2016. Before this, he was a special consultant with the Danish Ministry of Taxation and, previously, he worked as an attorney with Bech-Bruun.
Parallel with his work with Accura, he is an officially appointed external examiner at the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen.
