Managing Associate Rolf assists Norwegian and international clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions, commercial leases and real estate development projects etc. In recent years, Rolf has been involved in several of the largest real estate transactions in Norway, and acted as the head of the legal team in several of the midsize and large real estate transactions were Thommessen has been involved.

In addition to a Master Degree i Law from the University in Bergen, Rolf also holds an LL.M. degree specialized in M&A, corporate law and international contract law from Penn State University in Pennsylvania, United States.
