Partner Katinka works with M&A and equity capital market transactions. She advises businesses within a wide range of industries, and works with both listed and unlisted issuers, investment banks and industrial and private equity clients. Katinka has experience as project manager on several complex transactions, and also assists clients on matters relating to corporate and securities laws.
