Maarten van Rijn, attorney since 1991, partner since 2000, has an extensive track record in handling major construction and public procurement cases for public entities. He is regularly involved in the procurement of major projects in the area of infrastructure, accommodation and IT. He has extensive procurement and construction litigation experience. His clients include almost all departments of the State and many local and regional authorities. Maarten is a regular lecturer in the area of procurement law.
