Elisabeth Pietermaat joined Pels Rijcken’s Administrative Law team in 2000 and became partner in 2009. Elisabeth is an authority on government transparency (Woo and Wob) and other constitutional issues relating to domestic governance, such as integrity issues, obligations of directors to provide information, referenda, reclassifications, powers of the local audit authority and inter-administrative cooperation. Thanks to her excellent understanding of administrative and political relations, she is a valued and trusted public administration advisor in these areas.
