Lina initially joined the firm in 2003 until 2007 and re-joined in 2021 as Counsel.

Lina is in-house counsel in our finance and capital markets group and focuses on banking and capital markets regulation, funds and investment banking. She has extensive experience in the banking area and over the years has been involved in a great number of major domestic and international deals. She possesses sound expertise in banking and corporate law and has handled various types of financing, including structured, corporate and project finance
