Pelagia  joined our Law Firm in 2017.

Pelagia advises on commercial and regulatory issues arising in the course of our clients’ day-to-day business and also represents them in corporate transactions and in court. Having a postgraduate degree by University of Piraeus, M.Sc. in Banking and Finance, she is specialized in a wide range of banking and finance issues, insurance and reinsurance, corporate & M&As and dispute resolution. She has also considerable experience in advising on all aspects of banking and finance transactions and regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts as well as conducting legal due diligence in the context of M&As transactions.

Pelagia has a broad expertise in the area of insurance law cases, advising on matters related to bancassurance, new insurance product development and regulatory issues as well as representing clients in coverage disputes. She has extensive experience in litigation (Banking – Commercial – Insurance) before the Greek Courts.
