Christiana joined our Law Firm in 2011.

Christiana has considerable experience in Banking and Finance consisting mainly to the provision of legal support to credit and financial institutions including, indicatively, dealing with issues of regulatory compliance, reviewing complex documentation for the rescheduling or restructuring of borrowers and advising on non-performing loans portfolios.

She has wide-ranging experience in Litigation field developing and executing complicated court disputes on banking and commercial matters, providing pre-litigation strategy assistance to clients in order to negotiate and reach amicable settlement of disputes.Christiana is skilled in corporate and commercial matters of their day-to-day operation, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.

Furthermore, she brings expertise in a wide array of intellectual property issues showing great attention to detail.
