Career

Elisabeth is with the Development & Construction team of the firm. Originating from the Energy & Infrastructure and Project Finance teams, her expertise covers the full spectrum of M&A and project finance work (mostly on lender side), construction and maintenance contracts, regulatory and land due diligence, investment incentives and corporate tax planning, in the private and public sector (including privatizations and PPPs) in energy & infrastructure projects.

In recent years, her practice has diversified into real estate acquisition and development as well as debt and equity financing of land development projects.  She is equally active in the establishment, equity financing and growth through sale of information technology companies, with a special focus on multi-sided platforms.

Her expertise includes working on new business policy matters in national, EU and LATAM level
