Panagiotis heads the firm’s Tax Department. His field of expertise includes Corporate Taxation, Tax structuring of foreign investments, Tax incentive legislation in mergers & acquisitions, Tax audits and Litigation before the Administrative Courts.

Panagiotis acts particularly for international investors in cross border transactions and advises major Greek based enterprises and subsidiaries of MNEs in various industries regarding all aspects of Greek taxation.

He also has experience in advising Bidders in the context of major Public Private Partnership and Concession projects and represented major corporations before the tax authorities and courts of law.
