Rubén Agote is an expert in labor and employment law. He represents companies in court, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings, concerning all types of employment and labor law disputes.

He also advises clients on the impact of disruptive technologies in the workplace, as well as advising clients in the sports and entertainment industry.

He lectures on labor law and social security law at IE Law School, speaks regularly on labor law at conferences organized by associations, and collaborates in the Executive Program at Singularity University.

He is a member of the American Employment Law Council, and member of the Human Resources Policy Group of the Brussels European Employee Relations Group (BEERG).
