Main practice areas: Litigation and Arbitration, Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Private International Law, Inheritance Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property and Competition Law, White Collar Crime.

Particular focus on:
(i) complex cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on the financial industry, aviation, and shareholder disputes,
(ii) high-profile and bet-the-company disputes, as well as
(iii) white collar cases (fraud, embezzlement, including tracing and freezing of assets).

Also acts regularly as expert for Swiss law in high-stake disputes before foreign courts and arbitral tribunals, including cross-examination as Part 35 Expert under the UK CPR.
