Invitations and notices to the shareholders shall be mailed to the address indicated in the shareholders' register (see endnotes 87,88).

88 If need be, for clarification purposes: " Should a shareholder change its place of residency, it must inform the Corporation thereof. Until receipt of such a written change of address all notifications by mail shall validly take place at the address previously registered in the shareholder's register."
