WRC Seeks to Clarify Calculation of “Remuneration” under the Unfair Dismissals Acts
In Caroline O’Connell v Lionbridge International Unlimited Company (ADJ-00057077), the Workplace Relations Commission (the “WRC”), awarded the Complainant €142,984 in compensation for unfair dismissal, which figure represented the full value of her financial loss.
