CMS‘ broad employment practice handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on the real estate and retail sectors. The team regularly advises major property companies on large real estate transactions involving TUPE transfers as well as strategic HR issues including senior board appointments and exits. On the contentious side,  the group acts on discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
