He has recently successfully appeared in the Supreme Court case of Barton v Wright Hassall LLP [2018] UKSC 12upholding the Court of Appeal and First instance Judge’s decisions surrounding the service of Claim Forms and litigants in person. He has particular experience of solicitors’ negligence and has been involved in an extensive series of claims brought by a range of lending institutions against surveyors’ firms.
