Cynthia Fernandes Guidotti provides advisory and labor litigation advice to national and international companies. She acts in collective actions, focused on mitigating materialized risks and contingencies and defending clients’ interests before all labor courts.
She has extensive experience in actions involving several sectors, such as services, aircrafts, shipping, automotive, financial institutions, trade unions, bioenergy, construction, infrastructure and telecommunications area, among others.
Cynthia was also an assistant professor of Labor Judicial proceedings at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in graduation courses.
