Career

Natalia A. Rauchberger specializes in corporate law and local and international financial transactions, including project finance transactions, structured financing and debt restructurings, advising private and public sector local and foreign banks, investment funds and borrowers. She has also extensive experience on foreign exchange regulations and other local laws and rules that impact finance transactions in Argentina and international trade matters. In recent years Ms. Rauchberger has worked on numerous cross border transactions in Latin America and the United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rauchberger was an associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero &
Lombardi (1998-2013). In addition, she was a New York-based foreign associate with the
international law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton (2002-2003).
