It is additionally experienced in international unfair competition matters, such as anti-dumping and safeguard cases, and the implementation of compliance programmes. The practice is co-led by Nicholas Mocarquer, a member of the Chilean Bar Association’s Competition Commission since 2019; and Gonzalo Rencoret, whose broad practice includes competition law matters.
