Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr fields a seven-member mining team with longstanding experience in advising both domestic and international clients on mining projects. The group’s representative expertise covers mining title reviews, as well as the negotiation of agreements (such as purchase options), financings, joint ventures, explorations, royalties, streaming and easements. It also assists with reviewing titles to water rights, obtaining permits, and reclamation actions. The practice is led by Sergio Orrego, who assists with a broad range of mining transactions, while fellow name partner Gonzalo Rencoret regularly advises on mining projects.
