She advises insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers and other clients on regulatory matters within her field of specialization, including brokers and insurance agents agreements, mergers and acquisitions of insurance companies, transfer of portfolios, registration and representation of insurers, reinsurers and brokers before the Insurance Superintendence, among others.

Career

In 1998/ 1999 she worked as Section Head of the Insurance Superintendence Legal Office. She joined Allende & Brea in 2000, and became a partner in 2008.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
