Georgina Pullinger is a partner within the Corporate practice group, who specializes in banking and finance and general corporate matters.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of finance transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance and corporate finance, and represents leading financial institutions and private equity funds on lending transactions, deal structures and on all types of secured transactions. Georgina also advises on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters.
