Tamanna is a senior associate in the Corporate department in the Cayman Islands. She advises on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged financing, securities lending transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions (including public M&A), private and public offerings of equity and other finance and corporate law related matters.

Tamanna has extensive experience representing and advising clients from a spectrum of industries, including buyers, sellers, financial institutions, multi-national banks and private equity companies.

Education

Tamanna is admitted as an Attorney in the Cayman Islands and as a solicitor of the Senior Court of England & Wales (non-practicing).
