Her professional practice is concentrated in counseling on transactions related to the acquisition and reorganization of companies, commercial and corporate law, and on the design, negotiation and structuring of various financing transactions, both from the side of local and international financial institutions participating as obligors and from the side of companies involved as lenders, including the financing of projects. Moreover, she has ample experience providing counsel to various corporations in commercial and real estate matters, as well as in designing, negotiating and performing commercial and civil agreements. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2012. Prior to that, she worked at Hernández & Cía. Abogados Law Firm (2008 – 2012) and at Jorge Avendaño V. Abogados Law Firm (2002 – 2008).
