Roberto’s vast experience in corporate finance focuses on the sale and acquisition of both private equity and listed companies, private equity transactions and business alliances, such as joint ventures. He is a founding Partner of Miranda & Amado (1999). Previously, he was an associate at Estudio Echecopar from 1996 to 1999, and at White & Case in New York from 1993 to 1996. Roberto is a Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has an LL.M. from New York University Law School.
