Nguyen Hong Hai is a Partner of Lexcomm Vietnam LLC. Hai is an enthusiastic lawyer with more than 18 years of experience practicing in the Vietnam and international legal market.
He is highly regarded for his enthusiasm, distinctive vision, proactiveness and versatility as a young yet experienced corporate and commercial attorney, with the main focus on areas of Merge and Acquisition (M&A), inbound and outbound Cross-border Investments, Infrastructure, Mining and Natural Resource, Insurance, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Employment and general Corporate.
