At Ananda IP, Kritchakorn manages the overall operational responsibilities as well as the activities of trademark department and consistently maintains the professional and quality service of attorneys to clients. He has comprehensive knowledge of and extensive experience in intellectual property including trademark, patent, copyright and domain name. Kritchakorn advises on strategies and courses of actions for both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property related matters. During his career, he has handled, prosecuted and completed the prescribed procedures for registration of over thousands of local and international trademark and patent applications.

Kritchakorn is a qualified attorney in Thailand. He possesses Attorney-at-Law License issued by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and Patent Agent License issued by Thai Department of Intellectual Property (DIP). He is also a registered Notarial Services Attorney. Kritchakorn is proficient in English and intermediate in German.
