Joyce has been primarily working with clients and project development in the power, energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors. She is well-versed in the preparation of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) contracts, power purchase agreements as well as related agreements such as operation and maintenance and offtake agreements.
Corporate/M&A
Joyce is also involved in corporate matters and private equity transactions. She has advised on share sale and purchase agreements, joint ventures, and shareholders’ agreement. She also regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters and agreements.

Joyce has maintained an active franchise practice where she regularly advises clients on franchise regulations and registration in Malaysia.

Additionally, Joyce spearheads the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability Practice at the firm.
