Niti Muangkote is a counsel in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department, with more than a decade of experience advising domestic and international clients in the energy, infrastructure, mining, real estate, and transportation sectors on project financing, project development, and mergers and acquisitions across Southeast Asia.

A specialist in high-value commercial and financing transactions in the region, Niti regularly advises commercial banks and financial institutions on loan offerings and credit facilities for energy and infrastructure projects, and advises major project developers in obtaining financing from both domestic and international financial institutions.
