Franco Aristotle G. Larcina is a partner of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. He is a member of the firm’s Special Projects Group, which covers mergers and acquisitions, energy, infrastructure, mining, telecommunications, transportation, and environmental law, among others. His present area of practice involves investments, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, and related commercial transactions, litigation and arbitration.
He was a part of legal due diligence teams in several high-value transactions, including acquisitions and other forms of investments; assisted clients in investment structuring and establishing corporate vehicles, drafted and reviewed corporate agreements and rendered advisory opinions on day-to-day corporate matters; assisted in regulatory risk management and rendered transaction advice involving mergers and acquisitions, investments and divestments, capital restructuring and corporate reorganizations in listed and non-listed companies in the industries of, among others, healthcare, food, manufacturing, financing, railway, banking, energy, telecommunications and business outsourcing.
Mr. Larcina joined the firm in 2007.
Mr. Larcina is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management (1998, magna cum laude) and his Bachelor of Laws (2006, magna cum laude and valedictorian) from the University of Santo Tomas.
