Position

Kurniawan Tanzil is a Partner at Makarim & Taira S. with broad general legal experience with a focus on banking and financial transactions and corporate and commercial lending transactions. He is also experienced with manpower matters, establishment of foreign investment companies, aviation, IT and telecommunications related matters as well as general contract and transaction negotiations.

His practice highlights include complex financial transactions acting for both lenders and major corporate borrowers, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, debt restructurings as well as capital market transactions in a variety of sectors.
