Melissa, currently our managing partner, is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in M&A and General Corporate, Banking and Finance, Energy and Infrastructure, and Capital Markets. With a wealth of experience handling significant transactions and deals, she has successfully represented a wide range of clients, including state-owned enterprises, private companies, and multinational corporations.

Her exceptional reputation in the legal market is evident through her recognition from various prestigious publications. She was prominently featured as one of Indonesia’s Rising Stars in the ALB 2019 Asia Edition, where she stood out as one of the youngest practitioners on the esteemed list. Melissa’s exceptional achievements continued to garner attention as she became a finalist for the “Woman Lawyer of the Year” and “Young Lawyer of the Year” categories at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards in 2020.

Notably, Melissa’s recent accolades include being nominated for SE Asia Dealmaker of the Year and SE Asia Private Practitioner of the Year at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) Women in Law Awards 2023. She also has achieved rankings as both a “Highly Regarded” and “Women Leaders” in M&A at the IFLR1000 2023 Rankings.
