Hooman is a deeply experienced finance and corporate lawyer, having worked on the structuring, documentation, negotiation and execution of well over 100 significant financings and various corporate transactions in some thirty jurisdictions. These include landmark financing transactions in Singapore, London and NY.
He was previously a partner of an elite global firm, general counsel of a multilateral financial institution and, early in his career, an investment banker. He has also taught at law schools and served on university boards.
