Ernesto Genco joined the firm in May 2005 and has been a Partner of the firm since May 2014.

His practice focuses on foreign investments, start-ups, joint ventures, reorganizations, M&A, corporate conflicts and general corporate advice to local and foreign clients in different industries, including companies listed in the Fortune 500 ranking.

 He coordinates Pro Bono cases of the firm.

Ernesto is a tutor of the Premaster’s course at the Universidad Austral since 2006. He is also an assistant professor of commercial corporations at the University of Buenos Aires, chair in charge of Mr Alfredo L. Rovira.
