Beata Balas-Noszczyk is the Managing Partner of the Hogan Lovells Warsaw office, and Head of the Financial Institutions Group. She is an experienced lawyer in the fields of commercial, insurance, banking, and investment fund and pension fund law.
Beata is one of the most widely recognised lawyers in Poland in the insurance sector field. Since 2008, she has continuously been awarded the title of ‘Leading Insurance Lawyer‘ by the Rzeczpospolita Daily within the Ranking of Law Firms. In December 2018, Beata was awarded the title ‘Prawnik 30-lecia’ to honour her outstanding contribution to the development of the Polish legal services market. She was also awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Rebirth of Poland (Polonia Restituta) by the President of the Republic of Poland.
