Camilla deals mainly with civil and commercial law, assisting in the drafting of legal opinions and contracts. She advises in relation to ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions as well as to listing operations, public tender offers on behalf of issuers and underwriters. She also specialises in issues related to the regulation of the utilities and energy sectors, with particular reference to the electricity and gas area, advising leading domestic and foreign operators.
Career
Since 2005 she is a private law researcher in the Faculty of Economy of the Università dell’Insubria in Varese, where she teaches banking and financial contracts’ law and financial markets’ law.
Camilla is the author of several essays and publications concerning contracts and corporate law and of a monograph edited in the collection of private law studies of the Università Statale di Milano.

Education
After having graduated with honours from the Università degli Studi di Pavia and having spent a period, as visiting scholar, at the University of Pennsylvania Law School (USA), she achieved the PHD in civil law at the Università degli Studi di Torino in 2004.
